Photography Session Policies

  • Booking and Deposits

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any photography session or event. This deposit guarantees your reserved date and time with Dark Art Photography.

    • Full payment is required prior to the session date.

  • Refunds and Rescheduling

    • No Refunds: All deposits and payments are non-refundable, regardless of the session type.

    • Rescheduling Credit: If you provide more than two weeks' notice before the scheduled session, you may receive a credit to apply toward a future date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within 6 months of the original date.

  • Cancellations and Missed Appointments

    • Cancellations with less than two weeks’ notice will forfeit all payments, will be responsible for any remaining balance associated with the shoot, and no credit will be issued.

    • If Dark Art Photography must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and a new date will be arranged.

  • Image Editing and Delivery

    • Images are professionally edited by Dark Art Photography. Additional edits beyond standard retouching are available upon request for an additional fee.

    • Digital files will be delivered within 30 days of the session, with options for expedited delivery at an additional cost.
